Shipping policy

ORDER & SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

When you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check your confirmation email to make sure the order is correct. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us using the form on our Contact page as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for ensuring the address and items on the order are correct. Orders sent to the wrong address or wrong items due to customer error (i.e. missing Unit/APT numbers) will not be reshipped or refunded. When your order ships, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment. After the shipping confirmation has been sent, you can not make any changes to your order.


LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS

After an order has been placed, processed, and the payment has been approved, your product will ship via common carrier freight (i.e., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, delayed shipments, deliveries damaged by the freight carriers, delays, losses, misdeliveries, or other problems with shipments resulting from incorrect information provided by you. Please contact the carriers to address issues in this regard. If your shipment does not arrive, please check with other individuals in your household and your neighbors to see if they have your shipment. If not, please contact the carrier to check their delivery records, we are not responsible for your shipment once it leaves our warehouse. If you feel your delivery location is at risk, please arrange for your shipment to be delivered to a secure location. Please review your order and verify that all shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order as an order may be delayed for incorrect shipping information.
