Return Policy: Coffee
All sales are final and we do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at roaster@adventureroasters.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Return Policy: Merchandise
We offer refunds or exchanges for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at roaster@adventureroasters.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will review your request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds for mistakes made outside of our control, such as ordering the wrong size, style, or color. We print the exact number of garments based on the orders we receive, so we will not have extras. To avoid any issues, please review your order carefully before checking out. We will also send you an e-mail with details about your order immediately after you place it. If there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us so we can make a change.
Orders sent to the wrong address or wrong items due to customer error (i.e. missing Unit/APT numbers) will not be reshipped or refunded. Packages delivered are no longer in the control of our retailers or the shipping carrier and become the responsibility of the buyer to secure. Stolen packages after delivery has been made are not the responsibility of our retailers or the shipping carrier. If you are concerned about package theft after delivery you must request and pay for signature required delivery service BEFORE your order ships.
